At Fitness Superstore, we are committed to your training success and offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear if it doesn't meet your performance standards. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your fitness equipment in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
